Welcome to the My Debt Navigator Ambassador Program.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Debt Navigator Ambassador Program website, platform, resources, referral tools, and related services (collectively, the “Ambassador Program”).

The Ambassador Program is operated by My Debt Navigator LLC (“My Debt Navigator,” “MDN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, registering for the Ambassador Program, submitting referrals, or otherwise participating in the Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any Ambassador Agreement, compensation plan, program guidelines, or policies provided to you.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Ambassador Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information;

  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations; and

  • Meet any additional eligibility requirements established by My Debt Navigator.

Participation in the Ambassador Program is subject to approval by My Debt Navigator.

We reserve the right to accept or reject an application where permitted by law.

2. Ambassador Program

The Ambassador Program allows approved Ambassadors to refer potential consumers who may be interested in debt-related services or solutions.

Ambassadors may receive compensation for qualifying referrals in accordance with the applicable Ambassador Agreement, compensation plan, and program rules.

Registration as an Ambassador does not guarantee commissions, income, referrals, business opportunities, or any particular financial result.

3. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not create an employer-employee relationship between you and My Debt Navigator.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, Ambassadors participate as independent parties and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, franchisees, or legal representatives of My Debt Navigator.

Ambassadors do not have authority to enter into agreements, incur obligations, make commitments, or make representations on behalf of My Debt Navigator unless expressly authorized in writing.

Nothing in the Ambassador Program guarantees employment or continued participation.

4. No License Representation

The website may state that no license is required to register or participate in the Ambassador Program.

However, Ambassadors are responsible for understanding and complying with any federal, state, or local laws, licensing requirements, registration requirements, advertising rules, or professional requirements applicable to their own activities.

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not authorize an Ambassador to perform services that legally require a professional or occupational license.

5. Ambassador Responsibilities

Ambassadors must conduct themselves professionally, honestly, and lawfully.

Ambassadors must not:

  • Make false or misleading statements;

  • Guarantee debt reduction, savings, settlement, approval, or financial results;

  • Guarantee that a consumer will qualify for a particular program;

  • Misrepresent My Debt Navigator or any third-party provider;

  • Claim to be an employee or authorized legal representative of My Debt Navigator;

  • Provide legal, tax, accounting, bankruptcy, credit repair, or financial advice on behalf of My Debt Navigator;

  • Collect unauthorized fees from consumers;

  • Misrepresent the cost, risks, benefits, or availability of any program;

  • Use deceptive, misleading, abusive, or unlawful marketing practices;

  • Submit fraudulent, fabricated, duplicate, or unauthorized referrals;

  • Misuse consumer personal information;

  • Violate applicable telephone, email, text-message, privacy, advertising, or consumer-protection laws;

  • Use My Debt Navigator trademarks, logos, advertisements, or other materials in an unauthorized manner.

Ambassadors are responsible for their own conduct and marketing activities.

6. Referrals

A referral must meet the requirements established by My Debt Navigator to qualify for compensation.

My Debt Navigator may establish rules concerning:

  • Referral eligibility;

  • Duplicate referrals;

  • Existing consumers;

  • Referral attribution;

  • Lead quality;

  • Geographic availability;

  • Program eligibility;

  • Referral expiration;

  • Fraudulent referrals; and

  • Commission qualification.

Submission of a referral does not guarantee that the referral will qualify for a program or generate a commission.

My Debt Navigator or its applicable partners may determine whether a referral satisfies applicable program requirements.

7. Consumer Consent

Ambassadors must obtain any permission or consent required by applicable law before providing another person's personal information to My Debt Navigator.

You may not submit someone's name, telephone number, email address, financial information, or other personal information without appropriate authorization.

Ambassadors must not purchase, scrape, harvest, fabricate, or otherwise obtain consumer information through unlawful or unauthorized means.

8. Telephone, SMS and Email Marketing

Ambassadors are responsible for complying with applicable laws governing telephone calls, text messages, email communications, marketing, solicitation, and consumer consent.

This includes obtaining legally required consent before initiating communications where consent is required.

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not authorize an Ambassador to send unsolicited communications or engage in unlawful telemarketing on behalf of My Debt Navigator.

Ambassadors may not represent that My Debt Navigator authorized a particular marketing campaign unless MDN expressly approved that campaign.

9. Commissions and Compensation

Eligible Ambassadors may earn commissions or referral compensation for qualifying referrals.

Commission amounts, qualification requirements, payment schedules, minimum payment thresholds, adjustments, reversals, and other compensation rules will be governed by the applicable Ambassador Agreement, compensation plan, or other written program terms provided by My Debt Navigator.

A submitted referral does not automatically create a right to compensation.

My Debt Navigator may withhold, adjust, reverse, or deny compensation where permitted under the applicable program terms, including in connection with:

  • Duplicate referrals;

  • Invalid referrals;

  • Fraudulent activity;

  • Inaccurate information;

  • Consumer cancellation;

  • Failure to satisfy qualification requirements;

  • Program violations; or

  • Payment or processing errors.

Ambassadors are responsible for reviewing the applicable compensation rules.

10. No Earnings Guarantee

My Debt Navigator does not guarantee that participation in the Ambassador Program will produce income, commissions, profit, referrals, or any particular financial result.

Actual earnings depend on numerous factors, including an Ambassador's activities, the number and quality of referrals, consumer eligibility, program availability, applicable compensation rules, and other circumstances.

Statements, examples, testimonials, illustrations, or discussions concerning earnings should not be interpreted as guarantees of future income.

Individual results will vary.

11. Taxes

Ambassadors are responsible for determining and satisfying their own federal, state, local, and other tax obligations arising from compensation received through the Ambassador Program.

Where required by law, My Debt Navigator or its payment provider may request tax information and issue applicable tax documents.

Failure to provide required tax or payment information may delay or prevent payment.

My Debt Navigator does not provide tax advice to Ambassadors.

12. Marketing and Advertising

Ambassadors may use only marketing materials authorized by My Debt Navigator when representing or promoting the Ambassador Program or My Debt Navigator services.

Ambassadors may not modify approved materials in a way that creates inaccurate, deceptive, misleading, or unauthorized claims.

Unless expressly approved in writing, Ambassadors may not:

  • Run paid advertisements using My Debt Navigator's name or trademarks;

  • Create websites or social-media accounts that appear to be official MDN properties;

  • Purchase domain names containing My Debt Navigator trademarks;

  • Impersonate My Debt Navigator;

  • Publish unauthorized earnings claims;

  • Publish unauthorized consumer outcome claims;

  • Make guarantees concerning debt reduction or program eligibility.

My Debt Navigator may require an Ambassador to modify or remove marketing content that violates program requirements.

13. Intellectual Property

The My Debt Navigator name, logos, trademarks, website content, graphics, videos, training materials, referral tools, documents, and other proprietary materials belong to My Debt Navigator or their respective licensors.

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property.

Approved Ambassadors may receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use specifically authorized materials solely for legitimate Ambassador Program activities.

This permission ends when participation in the Ambassador Program ends or when My Debt Navigator revokes authorization.

14. Ambassador Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Ambassador account credentials.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.

You must promptly notify My Debt Navigator if you suspect unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse of your account.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or assign your Ambassador account without written authorization.

15. Privacy and Confidentiality

Ambassadors may receive access to confidential or personal information through participation in the program.

Such information must be handled responsibly and only for legitimate program purposes.

Ambassadors must not sell, disclose, publish, misuse, or retain consumer personal information for unauthorized purposes.

The collection and processing of personal information by My Debt Navigator is further described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Prohibited Conduct

My Debt Navigator may suspend or terminate participation for conduct including:

  • Fraud;

  • False referrals;

  • Unauthorized marketing;

  • Misrepresentation;

  • Consumer complaints involving improper conduct;

  • Privacy violations;

  • Spam or unlawful solicitation;

  • Abuse of referral tracking;

  • Manipulation of commission systems;

  • Unauthorized use of intellectual property;

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Violation of an Ambassador Agreement;

  • Conduct that creates material legal, regulatory, reputational, or security risk.

17. Suspension and Termination

My Debt Navigator reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Ambassador's participation in accordance with applicable program agreements and law.

Upon termination:

  • Access to Ambassador systems may be disabled;

  • Referral links may be deactivated;

  • Authorization to use MDN intellectual property ends;

  • Confidential information must continue to be protected; and

  • Outstanding compensation will be handled according to the applicable Ambassador Agreement and compensation rules.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

18. Third-Party Services

The Ambassador Program may include links to, integrations with, or services provided by third parties.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

My Debt Navigator is not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, availability, or content except to the extent required by applicable law.

19. Website Availability

We attempt to maintain reliable access to our website and Ambassador systems but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, update, restrict, or discontinue portions of the website or Ambassador Program where appropriate.

Maintenance, technical problems, cybersecurity events, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Ambassador Program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

My Debt Navigator makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted availability, specific earnings, referral volume, consumer qualification, commission amounts, or financial outcomes.

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, bankruptcy, or other professional advice.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Debt Navigator and its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in or use of the Ambassador Program.

Any additional limitations of liability contained in an applicable Ambassador Agreement will also apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable Ambassador Agreement, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful conduct, unauthorized marketing, misrepresentations, misuse of personal information, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.

23. Changes to the Ambassador Program

My Debt Navigator may modify program features, requirements, policies, referral processes, or compensation structures in accordance with applicable agreements and law.

When legally or contractually required, appropriate notice of material changes will be provided.

Continued participation after an effective change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The “Last Updated” date displayed at the beginning of these Terms will identify the latest revision.

Material changes may be communicated through the website, Ambassador account, email, or another appropriate method where required.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The governing law, jurisdiction, venue, arbitration requirements, class-action waiver, and other dispute-resolution provisions applicable to the Ambassador relationship should be stated in the Ambassador Agreement.

If no separate Ambassador Agreement governs a dispute, applicable law will determine the appropriate rights, remedies, jurisdiction, and venue.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Ambassador Agreement, compensation plan, and other applicable written program policies, constitute the applicable terms governing participation in the Ambassador Program.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Ambassador Agreement concerning compensation, termination, dispute resolution, or another Ambassador-specific matter, the Ambassador Agreement will control to the extent stated in that agreement.
